Set within the wooded landscape of Great Falls, Virginia, this full-scale renovation reimagines the home as a modern retreat—balancing clean architectural lines with warmth and livability. A large-scale sliding glass wall dissolves the boundary between indoors and out, opening to expansive entertaining spaces and immersing the home in its natural surroundings. The kitchen pairs rich wood cabinetry with crisp white surfaces and bold black accents, creating a composition that feels both grounded and refined. In the primary bath, soft light, layered textures, and understated detailing establish a calm, spa-like atmosphere. Exterior updates unify the home’s identity, introducing a cohesive contemporary language that enhances its connection to the landscape while elevating everyday living.
